for ETISALAT-- dial 268 in front of the person's number.
e.g 26808185200747 then call.

for AIRTEL-- dial 777 in front of the person's number.
e.g 77708185200747 then call.

If someone calls you with RECEIVER PAY,you will get notified before you pick the call.
