Initially, Ntel was the first to provide us 4G LTE, seeing it was good, Mtn did the same. Glo hurriedly cooked up theirs, but it wasn't compatible with a lot of peoples smartphone. Etisalat gallantly launched its 4G today, though i've been seeing traces of it for quite a while. But wait o, Airtel, where are you :?:

Simply turn on your 4G LTE enabled smartphones and scan for Etisalat 4G LTE network if you're in Lagos. It will rollout to other cities/states in no time. Another good news is that you don't need to swap/change your sim before you rock Etisalat 4G, cool!

How to Check if Your Phone Supports 4G

Android
Simply navigate to settings -> Network settings -> mobile network. You'll see a dropdown menu of mobile standards such as 2G, 3G or LTE (4G). If 4G or LTE is not in the list, then your smartphone doesn't support the standard.
