NOTE: Make sure your phone is not rooted, if not, unroot it now. Also, ensure your battery charge percentage is 50% or above. And finally, make sure you have enough data, then proceed.
  1. To upgrade, navigate to your phone settings fand tap on About Us.

  2. I downloaded the system update on my x557, when I clicked on install, phone went off, came back on and displayed error!, after awhile it rebooted and displayed "failed to update". This is the second time am having same problem, how do I update this phone. Thanks
