A new update is now available for WhatsApp Business, a sister app to the regular instant messenger, but for small and medium business, and enterprises. This update comes with quite a number of added features, which includes Labels and Quick Replies.
It's worth noting that you can install and use both WhatsApp Business and the normal WhatsApp app on the same smartphone. The former is designed mainly to help businesses interact with their customers, and this new update will further boost that.
The new quick replies allows you to create keyboard shortcuts for frequently sent messages. For organizing and easily search for customers, the newly added “labels” tab will do the work. Also on the changelog is this new feature that lets you say hello to customers with a greeting message.
