BlackBerry KEY2 Launched With Physical Keyboard; Full Specs

After so many leaked specs, the BlackBerry KEY2 has finally been announced, standing as an upgrade to last year's BB KEYone. As expected, the smartphone still comes with physical keyboard along with a 4.5-inch IPS LCD display, at 1080 x 1620 pixels resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection against screen cracks.



Under the hood is an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor that clocks at a speed of 2.2 GHz, coupled with 6GB of RAM and two inbuilt storage variants of 64GB/128GB which can further be expanded to 256GB via microSD. The phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and is powered with a 3500 mAh non-removable battery to keep the lights on.

In terms of photography, BlackBerry KEY2 features a dual camera setup of 12MP + 12MP with dual tone LED flash on the rear. There is an 8-megapixels front-facing shooter for selfies and video chat. For security, the handset has a touch fingerprint scanner and it comes with DTEK security suite. Sensors includes: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass, Hall (for flip covers).
