Infinix Note 5 Stylus to Launch with Face Unlock, 6.2-inch Display

Infinix Mobility is set to launch a new smartphone dubbed Infinix Note 5 Stylus, with several rumored specifications flying around. The device will feature premium specs and will run on Android One Project at the same time – which is one of the major highlights.

Android One is designed by Google to brings the latest AI powered innovations and security protections, and when this project launched few years ago, Infinix was among the first manufacturers to embrace it, and the first to bring an Android One device to the Nigerian market: Infinix Hot 2.

The Infinix Note 5 Stylus is a phablet device expected to sport a large 6.2 inches IPS LCD display with Full HD resolution and the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio to provide immersive viewing. For image duties, the handset will feature a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1.25um large pixels, whereas the front-facing camera is of 8-megapixel and is coming equipped with Face Unlock function.

Smartphones in the Infinix Note series are well known for their amazing battery life as the previous model packed a massive 4300mAh battery, and the company is planning to increase the capacity for the Note 5 Stylus. The phone will carry the Android One badge for clean, stock Android directly from Google, while running Android 8.1 Oreo pre-loaded.

The hardware specs and price are still in the dark. However, Infinix Note 5 Stylus is expected to launch on the 24th of June, in Dubai.
