Most blackberry users often encounter this annoying issue of having their phone freezing and showing loading icon, sometimes you would have to restart your phone completely or even remove the batteries before it starts working again which is even more annoying.
Here are few steps to help you prevent the freezing issue.
- Deleting log files; hold ALT then press LGLG on blackberry phone the event log pops up then click on your blackberry icon to select options then select clear log to empty your phone logs, this process doesn't damage your phone in any way, though the screen you see might look a bit technical. Always do this often.
- Uninstall Unused Applications; if you have some games or apps that you no longer use, it is best to uninstall them at once to free up phone memory.
- Close Unnecessary Applications; Most blackberry users never logout of their social network account which don't just slow down the phone but also consumes their battery power and data. Always close applications that are no longer in use at a particular time to save both battery power, data and also speed up your blackberry phone.
- Scanning your Phone; Scanning your phone might not seem to be the solution but it helps incase the cause of the freezing is virus related. After scanning, delete any virus found...
If you still have any problem with your balckberry, comment for instant solution..
