For socialme weekly plan, dial *343*6*10# for N300.
For socialme monthly, dial *343*6*11# for N500.
Both are unlimited.
APN SETTINGS FOR SOCIALME:
APN: etisalat
Proxy: (blank)
Port: (blank)
SYPHON SHIELD SETTINGS FOR ETISALAT SOCIALME
Firstly, download Syphon shield if you don't have it. Then tap on the blue gear icon & configure as follows:
-> Tick: Remove port
-> Proxy Type: Dual real host
-> Custom Header: X-online-host
-> Proxy Server: mobile.whatsapp.net
-> real proxy type: HTTP
-> real proxy port: 80
Now, tap on the blue spanner icon and configure as follows:
-> Tick: connect through an http proxy
-> Tick: use following settings and input:
Host address: 149.202.249.227
Port: 3128
That's it. It'll connect before 10 seconds and then you'll feel the speed of light.

1. Internet Speed Meter Direct
2. Any social app like Instagram, whatsapp or browsers.
Steps To Bypass Etisalat Socialme Speed Throttling
- Enable airplane mode on your device.
- Now Go to Settings >> Apps >> and locate Syphon or any other vpn you are using and force stop psiphon, you can also clear cache.
- Now switch on data again and open any social media app like whatsapp.
- If you are using social apps like whatsapp, just chat a little bit with friends and watch your speed with the internet speed meter.
- Also, if you used any browser, open the browser, tap on the search and type in Google and just keep on refreshing it while monitoring your speed meter.
- Make sure your speed goes above 100 KB/s as you refreshed, if not, Still switch off the data and switch it on again.
- Once it exceeds 100 KB/s on the speed meter, run your Syphon or any other vpn software and browse with high speed.

Try the psiphon settings if it'll work. As it is now, i don't know the bundle they subscribed you to.
