Due to the loophole, this airtel live is now connecting for free, and with the help of psiphon, you'll be able to use it to browse and download on any site of your choice. (confirm).

Please make sure your account balance is blank, and also leave your apn as default (don't change anything there).
Now, download psiphon prolite here if you don't have, then configure it as follows:
UNDER HANDLER
- Proxy type: real host

- Real proxy type: default
save it.
UNDER OPTIONS
- Region: USA
UNDER MORE OPTIONS
- Untick: connect via http

So make sure:
1. Your account balance/credit is empty
2. You clear your Psiphon or any other vpn data and cache.
3. You don't have any existing data plan/mb.
