Leaked Images and Specs Of Samsung Galaxy Note 7

By early August, we'll witness the release of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. This smartphone will come in Black Onyx, Silver Titanium and the newly introduced Blue Coral colors, with more to come later.



A smartphone accessory maker, Olixar hinted in its own leak that the smartphone will have a USB Type-C port located at the bottom of the handset, a loudspeaker and S-Pen slot are placed on one side, a headphone jack on the other and an iris scanner which will serve as an alternative way to unlock the phone.
Due to the presence of the USB Type-C port, the Korean company - Samsung - might release a new Gear VR headset as the current ones can only be connected through micro-USB to Samsung phones.


Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be the first Samsung smartphone to feature a USB Type-C port in the Note series. The device is also expected to accompany a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, S-Pen stylus, a 12MP rear and 5MP front camera. It’s inbuilt storage is 64GB, 6GB of RAM and micro-S cards are fully supported.

Based on the processors, two variants will be available. A model will sport the company’s original Exynos 8893 chipset, while the other will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC. The launch date remains August 2 in New York.
