Good news for everyone who can't wait to lay hands on the TStv decoder. As the november 1 roll-out date is approaching, the CEO of Telcom Satelite TV (TStv) revealed that 5000 decoders will be given for free to fans across the country to test her services.

Mr Echefu, the CEO of TStv, stressed that they intended to give out the free 5000 decoder during its October 1st launch. But due to the large crowd, they suspended it and promised never to disappoint Nigerians.
The test decoders are going out for free, they'll be testing their services in the whole 36 states for 2weeks, after which commercialization and sales of TStv will resume officially 1st of November.
Meanwhile, if you've made payments to any dealer for the TSTV decoder, Echefu gave a directive to go back and collect your money, because the test decoders are free of charge.
