New bug Makes Over 800 iPhone X Unable to Accept Incoming Calls

The iPhone X has been hooked with another bug which makes it some times practically impossible for users to answer incoming calls. This issue is proving stubborn as it was first spotted last year December and here it is again, resetting the software doesn't even make it go away.

iPhone X incoming calls bug

The incoming call bug occurs because iPhone X screen sometimes stays awakes 6 to 10 seconds after a call comes in, which makes owners unable to tap on the Accept or Decline buttons to answer or reject the call. This is frustrating because it leaves the caller wondering why he/she is being ignored especially if it's a business call.

Over 800 iPhone X users have reported this bug and are complaining at Apple's official support forum. Apple is currently looking into it, but according to Financial Times, the company doesn't know the root cause and when the bug will be fixed for now. Hopefully, Apple will solve it sooner rather than later.

A phone which costs about $1000 (launch price) shouldn't be encountering this kind of problem. Apple should give good value for money.
