Infinix Mobility shared series of posts on their official Instagram (Kenya) page with hash tags #6iscoming and #doubleAmazing to announce the coming of the Infinix Hot 6. As for the Hot 6 Pro, the company took to Twitter to tease its imminent arrival. The posts accompanied photos which suggests these upcoming devices will sport a FullView display, dual cameras and Snapdragon chipset under the hood.

Apparently, the Infinix 6 Pro is expected to feature an aspect ratio of 18:9, which according to the company will offer “Unrivalled field of view”. Its dual camera will be the first on a smartphone in the Hot series, with an Octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor likely to power the device, coupled with 3GB RAM plus 32GB of internal storage. Additionally, Infinix Hot 6 and Hot 6 Pro will run Android 8.1 Oreo pre-loaded, with 4G LTE network support.

We concluded at these specs, thanks to Geekbench listings of a smartphone with model number Infinix X604 spotted early in January. The launch date and price are still in the dark. However, we ecpect the phones to start shipping by mid-May - probably in Kenya, because all these teasers were collected from Infinix's Kenya social media pages. From there, it will make its way to Nigeria, Ghana and other countries.
