A new update is now available for Instagram which brings a new feature that makes it faster and easier to add photos and videos to your Instagram Stories. Thanks to this update, a new icon has been placed in the top right corner of the photo/video sharing platform which enables users to upload multiple pictures and videos at the same time.
Once you tap on this new icon, you will be able to select from up to 10 photos or videos from your gallery, with the preview of your selected media shown on the bottom of the screen. There are options to edit, as well as to add stickers and texts to the images or videos, simply click on them individually and use the tools provided to edit. When finished, they will be upload all at the same time, in the order you selected them in.
Additionally, Instagram also introduced the location sticker feature which can be put on your picture or video Story. Location sticker will give suggestions of places near the area you snapped the photo or recorded the video. The update is now available for Android devices, while it will roll-out to users on the Instagram iOS platform in the coming weeks.
