The Samsung J2 Pro sports a 5-inch display, with its screen resolution pegged at 540 x 960 qHD (not QHD), thus, posing as a "mini" handset. In terms of performance, the device comes with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, coupled with a 1.4GHz quad-core CPU and an unknown version of Android is pre-installed.

For image duties, there is a 5-megapixel rear camera for capturing lovely moments, and an 8MP front-facing shooter for slefies and video chat. To keep the lights on, the phone is powered by a 2600mAh battery, and there is a fingerprint scanner. The Samsung J2 Pro carries a price tag of 199,100 Korean won, which is about $190 USD and ₦68,000 Nigerian naira at current exchange rates.

Like many other phones, the Samsung J2 Pro can make and receive phone calls. It can also send SMS and receive text messages too. Unfortunately, the handset can’t connect to the Internet either through 3G, 4G LTE, or even Wi-Fi.
