Nokia X6 Officially Launched With Three Massive Storage Variants

HMD Global has now officially launched the Nokia X6 as the first smartphone from the brand to feature the trendy notch design. It sports a large 5.8-inch LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection against screen cracks, and 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution which further bumps the aspect ratio to 19:9.

In terms of performance, Nokia X6 is powered with an Octa-core Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 chipset which clocks at a speed of 1.8 GHz. It uses a 3060mAh battery to keep the lights on, and runs Android 8.1 Oreo straight from the box. The phone comes in three memory variants:

1. 4GB RAM + 32GB storage
2. 4GB RAM + 64GB storage
3. 6GB RAM + 64GB storage

For image duties, the new handset features a dual camera setup of 16MP primary sensor + 5MP secondary lens on the rear, equipped with dual-LED, dual-tone flash and artificial intelligence (AI). There is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner just below the vertically alligned camera, while another 16-megapixel front-facing shooter is available for selfies and video chat.



As for the availability and pricing, this dual SIM smartphone is exclusively available for purchase in China starting at CNY 1,299. In full, The 4GB/32GB model is priced at $204 (N73,440), the 4GB/64GB storage variant costs $236 (N84,960) and $266 (N95,760) for the one with 6GB/64GB hardware spec.
