Xiaomi Mi Max 3 to Launch in July With Different Variants

Xiaomi is currently working on the Mi Max 3, which stands as an upgrade to last year's Mi Max 2. In the past, we've seen couple of leaked specs of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. But apparently, the phablet will be officially introduced in July, and will probably be launched on the market a month later, in August.

It's predecessors used to be launched a bit earlier than this; the 2017's Mi Max 2 was released on the market in June, but this year's Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will come slightly later. Even though the Chinese company has a launch event this month, the Mi Max 3 won't be announced there. Instead, Xiaomi's CEO, Lei Jun claimed the device will be unveiled sometime in July.

Following recent leaks, Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will pose as a mid-range phablet with a very large 7-inch FHD+ display and a dual-camera setup on the back – which are still the main highlights. Under the hood is Snapdragon 636 processor, coupled with 3GB RAM for multitasking and 64GB of internal memory. The smartphone will come in different variants in terms of memory capacity, but a version powered by a Snapdragon 660 CPU may probably be introduced.

According to Lei Jun, the Mi Max 2 is still on sale, so you can go for that if you can't wait till July for the upcoming Mi Max 3.
