Motorola Preps the Moto One; is this Better than the Moto One Power?

Back in May, we saw reports that Motorola was preping a new Android One handset named the Moto One Power, which looks set to be the company's first phone that'll feature a notched display. Now, another smartphone, simply dubbed Moto One has been rumored to be nearing launch by the same Lenovo-owned company.

Motorola One with glass build appears, could launch alongside One Power

This new Moto One appears to have smililar design with the Moto One Power earlier mentioned, however, with just some slight alteration that makes it look more outstanding. The device maintains exactly the same notched model on the One Power, with the aluminium casing also included alongside what seems to be a micro USB port. Furthermore, the dual bottom-placed speakers that are reportedly embedded on the One Power appears to also be on this regular model.

Although, little changes are seen on the back, most obviously the aluminium body contained on the One Power edition is not present and is replace with a sleeker glass build which hints that this handset may be bit expensive. Additionally, the camera setup has also been remodeled, as the company withdrew the vertical module completely and has opted for individual dual camera sensors. Also, the Moto One now features dual-tone LED flash–instead of one on the other variant–that should improve night time photography

When you analyze the aforementioned information, the two handsets may look alike in size at first, but it's reported that the Motorola One is a actually a smaller version, though, it's not certain if this means a reduction in display size. The Moto One Power will likely launch as a power-center device focusing more on battery life, hence it will be thick. Whereas the Moto One model assumed to play as the mainstream version.

Currently, it's uncertain when Motorola intend to release theses two new phones, but they're expected to be launched together later this year, with a major attention on their stock Android interfaces.
