Microsoft Launcher now Updated With Bigger Icon Layouts, Killer UI

Arrow Launcher was renamed to Microsoft Launcher sometimes in October this year, and it has been well welcomed with over 10 million downloads on Google Play Store; posing as a huge success to the company.

Microsoft Launcher for Android was released to beta testers few weeks ago, and after the completion of testing, it has been made available to the public. Now, a major update for the app has been released which comes with a beautiful UI and new features.

With this new Microsoft Launcher update, users can now customize the app grid layout up to a maximum of 12x12. The Android app also supports movement of apps or widget half grid, and it gives users ability to migrate their previous layout or even restore an old layout.

Some UI adjustments were also made on the updated Microsoft Launcher Android app. The search bar has been moved to the bottom of the screen, which makes it more reachable to users. Also, the dock can now accommodate 10 apps, the app drawer icon has been replaced with a swipe up gesture. Generally, the new design improves app name text wrapping, prevent truncation and folder icon/shape edit.

Without entering edit mode, users can now Drag and drop appa in the Microsoft Launcher. The update fixed some bugs as well.
