4 Easy Steps To Add Android 7.0 Custom Navigation Bar On Older Android Versions

Until Google officially rolls out Android 7.0 Nougat, we have no other option than to use backdoors to enjoy some of its amazing features. Most smartphones have poor navigation, but using Nougat navigation bar which works on older Android version will be very helpful.

In the past, we were also able to use some features of Android Nougat on Android Lollipop & Marshmallow, just like Quick reply, and many more with the help of N Launcher.

However, the option to add Android N navigation bar is limited to rooted devices. Follow the link to learn how to root.

1. Firstly, you need to download & install Layers Managers on the Android device you wish to add the navigation bar.

2. Once again, download N Navbar which is the app which brings Nougat navigation bar to your Android.

3. After successfully installing the app, open the Layers Manager app and select the “N Navbar” window entry. Scroll down to the page and activate the toggle switch next to “General Overlays” and press the floating icon on the bottom- right corner of the screen.

4. Now you will be asked to confirm your action, so press “OK” when prompted and wait while your Android device reboots. After that, you will be able to see the Android Nougat navigation bar on your screen.

And that's all. While Google Nexus devices are already running the developers preview (BETA) of Android N, this is what we have to face just to pick one or two features. Enjoy and share!
