You Can Now Borrow Data(megabyte) Using MTN XtraByte

Are you kidding me? I guess that is what is on your mind. Mtn is back with another amazing service called MTN XtraByte, which enables you to borrow data (from 10mb to 750mb) and pay back later with airtime on your next recharge.

However, before you can borrow data through MTN XtraByte, you need to meet some eligibility requirements which are stated below:

MTN XTRABYTE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
» Your SIM must be registered.
» Your line must have been active for at least 3 months.
» Your main account balance must not be above N12.

To check if you're eligible for mtn XtraByte, dial *606#, then reply with 1.

MTN XTRABYTE DATA ALLOWANCES
1. Borrow 10MB and payback N55 later on your next recharge.

2. Borrow 30MB and payback N110 later on your next recharge.

3. Borrow 100MB and payback N220 later on your next recharge.

5. Borrow 750MB and payback N550 later on your next recharge.

HOW TO BORROW DATA ON MTN XTRABYTE
To Borrow, dial 606# and follow the prompt correctly. Note that borrowed data will be kept in a special XtraByte account and not the normal data account. So dial 606# and select check balance to see your XtraByte balance.

    MTN didn't state the validity period.
    However I assume the:
    -> 10mb will be valid for 1day
    -> 30mb will be valid for 1day
    -> 100mb will be valid for 1week
    -> 200mb will be valid for 1month, likewise the 750mb.
