China's best smartphone maker, Xiaomi, has hit an incredible milestone, as the brand sells over a million phones in just 48 hours, during an event in India. Xiaom India sales in the past few days are off the chart, which show they are doing a great job.
Xiaomi India disclosed via their official Twitter page that "the company managed to sell more than 1 million phones in Flipkart and Amazon India in just 48 hours." The sales statistics shows that Redmi Note 4 was the highest selling smartphone on Flipkart. While on Amazon, the lower priced Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A were the bestsellers.
A factor that highly facilitated this huge sales was the 31$ discount placed on the Redmi Note 4 model on Flipkart. Note that the Mi Max 2 was available with the same discount (31$) on both platforms. This is just a tip of the iceberg, come September 27, Xiaomi will begin its DiwaliWithMi promo which will offer customers crazy discount.
