Without proper knowledge of these things, you might end up calling TStv scammers, liars, misleading and all sorts of bad names. So I've taken it upon ny shoulders to unveil the hidden facts, untold truth, terms and conditions of TSTV packages which you probably haven't heard.
- The N5000 for TSTV initial purchase includes a decoder, a dish and a remote control. But it EXCLUDES any installation service charge.
- TSTV Pay-As-You-Go model enables users to pause their subscription when not in use, but this feature will be open ONLY to subscribers that go for the monthly N3,000 subscription package.
- Also, customers can pause subscription not more than 7 days, thereby allowing you 37 days at most for your monthly subscription.
- So don’t expect to use your 1 month sub to watch TSTV channels from January to December in the name of pausing, and don't also expect to use 1 day N200 subscription for 1 month. That's greed!
- Contrary to what some of you might be thinking, you will 'only' be given up-to 20GB bonus data the first time you buy the decoder. Other subsequent full monthly subscription comes with 10GB of data.
- You can subscribe to TSTV in Nigeria via popular E-payment service, Quickteller.
- You would be able to buy extra 1GB data or above from TSTV at the cost of
N300 for 1GB - Lastly, the free data you get is not used for watching channels on TSTV. It is a seperate bonus which you can use to browse, download and video chat if you connect your PC or smartphones to the decoder via WiFi hotspot
