You can download the OTA now, but it might need some time to reach all compatible devices. You can also sign up for OnePlus 5 Open Beta Program; to do that, read the manufacturer's official flashing instructions, then scroll down and download the beta ROM which is 1.52GB in size. You should download it over WiFi network and ensure your phone is charged up to a decent percentage.
