WhatsApp is Testing New “Shake to Report” Feature for Android Users

In recent times, WhatsApp has been testing quite a number of new features, and there are no signs that the popular IM will stop doing this anytime soon. Here are some of them which are expected to be released to Android device users at some point.

WhatsApp

Let's kick off with this new WhatsApp option, which if available, will enable android users unblock a contact and send a message simply by tapping and holding it(the option). Users should also expect the already-available invite link in iOS—which can be used to invite people to a group chat—to be added in the Android version of WhatsApp.

Also on the list is this new “shake to report” feature. Once it is enabled, you only need to shake your Android smartphone to contact WhatsApp if you want to report issues with the app.

We previously talked about the admin super power group features for WhatsApp which enables chat admins to modify subject and group info, add restrictions, send messages to participants and more.

Remember, these features are currently in beta testing stage, and unfortunately, not all of them will make it to the regular WhatsApp app.
