The yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 appeared for a short time on the company's official website before it was pulled down, a move which proves that the phone is truly in the making, and Samsung is set to release it soon. The Galaxy J7 Prime 2 stands as an upgrade to the Galaxy J7 Prime that was launched back in 2016. The former sports a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protective coating against screen cracks and scratches.
In terms of performance, Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage which can further be expanded via MicroSD card. The handset is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7 processor, and it runs Android Nougat out of the box - quite disappointing though. Well, for image duties, 13-megapixel cameras are mounted in front and back, with a 3,300 mAh battery to keep the lights on.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime 2 may vary in different countries, but it appears to cost Rs 13,990 in India, which is about $215 in the US, and approximately ₦77000 in Nigeria.
