Steps To Add Membership Cards to Apple Wallet
Do you struggle to remember all of your rewards and membership cards? If you add your passes and membership cards to your Apple wallet, you won't have to worry about losing, damaging, or forgetting your cards again. We'll show you how to add it, as long as the type of card you're using supports Apple Wallet.
1. Activate Apple Wallet. This app icon is typically found on the iPhone Home screen and depicts a white wallet with colored cards on a black background.
2. Click on Edit Passes. You will be able to either Scan code (if the card is supported within the app, such as a Walgreens card) or Find Apps for Wallet (if the card is not supported within the app, such as a shopping card you use at your grocery store, which may have its own separate app that also offers coupons, etc.). Both of these options are available to you.
3. Tap Code Scan. Tap Scan Code to save the card within Wallet (if you are not using the ShopRite mobile coupon app, which is a separate app for that card).
- The camera will start up.
4. Take a picture of your card's bar code. The bar code appears to be a series of thin, black lines.
- The App Store will load with all Wallet-compatible apps if you select Find Apps for Wallet.
5. If you see Add to Apple Wallet, tap it or Add. Tap Add to Apple Wallet or tap Add in the top right corner of your screen if you receive a pop-up.
