WhatsApp to Launch Group Calling Feature and add new Stickers

WhatsApp is set to introduce two new features on its platform, which are Group Calling and Stickers. This was known after Facebook (its parent company) made an announcement at its F8 developer conference, where the CEO, Mark Zuckerberg said WhatsApp Status is used by 450million people around the world.

Talk to 4 Friends at Once With Upcoming WhatsApp Group Calling Features, and Stickers will be available to spice up your chat

You can tell how these features work just by their names. We already have the voice and video calling function for individual contacts on WhatsApp, but thanks to the upcoming update, the group calling will now allow up to four people talk on the same call at the same time. According to the company, the WhatsApp group calling feature will be launched "in the months ahead."

On the other hand, WhatsApp will soon add stickers in its platform for the very first time; a feature which almost all instant messaging apps already have. With this, users will have access to built-in as well as third-party sticker sets which can be sent to contacts and groups. Stickers are similar to emojis, but are often larger and more unique.

In similar news, the WhatsApp restrict group feature has been released to whatsapp beta version 2.18.132 on Android, iOS and Windows phones.
