In terms of photography, the phone comes with 4 cameras: a pair each at the front and back. For selfies, it is fitted with 13MP + 2MP sensors, and 16MP + another 2MP rear shooter.

This 2018 version of Huawei Y9 sports 3GB RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage, while under the hood is an Octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor that clocks at 2.36GHz. The smartphone runs EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8 Oreo straight from the box, and it's powered by a Li-lon battery with 4000mAh capacity.

The handset is currently available in Thailand but expected to hit other countries soon. Huawei Y9 (2018) carries a price tag of about £200, which is approximately ₦88,000 in Nigeria.
