Turn on your iPhone and unlock it.
On your iPhone, press the Home button at the bottom. In most cases, this should return you to the set of pre-installed applications on your iPhone.
From the screen, tap the "Contacts" application.
On the list, look for the two contacts you want to combine.
Find the most recent accurate listing.
Select the appropriate listing by tapping it.
From the top right corner of the screen, click the "Edit" button.
