    => First of all, switch off your data connection and force close/stop tweakware, psiphon, openvpn or simple serve.

    => Now switch on your data
    connection again open your
    whatsapp app and chat on group or your friends for just 1 minute after that minimize your whatsapp


    => Then lunch your instagram and tap on the "search" button and keep refreshing it while monitoring your internet speed meter downloadable on playstore.

    => Make sure it goes above 100 KB/s as you refreshed, if not, switch off the data and it it back on again.

    => Keep refreshing the search button again until the speed
    surpass 100 KB/s with speed meter

    => once you exceed 100kb on the speed meter, quickly minimize and run your psiphon or tweakware and
    blast away your downloads.

    NOTE: If your download speed is Higher than 60kb/s, That means you already bypassed the speed throttling.
