Looking at the photos, it's obvious that the alleged HTC U12+ will sport an 18:9 display which is currently trending. However, it also appears that the phone won't feature a notch on top of that display, but a reduced bottom and top bezels; the latter which will accommodate the in-ear speaker and a dual-camera selfie setup. At the back, HTC opted for a mirror-like glass finish and there is another dual-camera setup on the panel which is equipped with a dual-tone LED flash and what appears to be a laser autofocus system. A rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is also present. Furthermore, the power button and two volume rockers can be seen on the right side of the HTC U12+, while the left side houses the slot for the SIM card tray which will likely double as a microSD card slot.





In terms of specification, the HTC U12+ is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 under the hood, and coupled with 6GB of RAM plus possibly 128GB of storage. Athough, the company will probably introduce other storage variants. The device will run Android Oreo straight from the box.

Beginning from this year, we should be expecting fewer smartphones from HTC in the hope of improving the company's profitability, because they lost over $570 million in 2017. It is also reported that the brand will skip the regular HTC U12 to launch just the U12+, a move which suggests that the number of HTC flagship phones to be released yearly will also be limited.

Apparently, the Infinix 6 Pro is expected to feature an aspect ratio of 18:9, which according to the company will offer “Unrivalled field of view”. Its dual camera will be the first on a smartphone in the Hot series, with an Octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor likely to power the device, coupled with 3GB RAM plus 32GB of internal storage. Additionally, Infinix Hot 6 and Hot 6 Pro will run Android 8.1 Oreo pre-loaded, with 4G LTE network support.



We concluded at these specs, thanks to Geekbench listings of a smartphone with model number Infinix X604 spotted early in January. The launch date and price are still in the dark. However, we ecpect the phones to start shipping by mid-May - probably in Kenya, because all these teasers were collected from Infinix's Kenya social media pages. From there, it will make its way to Nigeria, Ghana and other countries.

A post dropped over on Nokia's official Weibo account teased the possible launch of an all new Nokia N series smartphone between April 27 and May 2. There are several Opera mobile browsers available in digital stores, but now, the Norwegian software company has launced another new one called Opera Touch, which is specifically designed to work together with the desktop version of the browser, irrespective of the type of smartphone you're using.



Furthermore, you can use just one hand to operate the Opera Touch mobile browser, as it is very easy to handle and comfortable when used to browse the internet. All the browser's key functions have been moved within the thumb's reach, which is why you should have no issues using Opera Touch with one hand.

Opera Touch comes with a voice search feature and it also has an inbuilt scanner that allows users to scan a QR or barcode to perform a search. In addition, there is a so-called FAB (Fast Action Button), which gives users direct access to the most recent tabs and search features.



With Opera Touch for Android, you can synchronize your activities with the desktop version of the browser through a feature called Flow. Through this, you can share links, images, videos or notes to yourself. Meanwhile, to access this feature and establish a Flow, you'll need to scan a QR code displayed in the Opera computer browser with Opera Touch.

Nowadays, kids just flock into any social networks and instant messenger they hear about. This is one reason a lot of people dumped 2GO, a well-known IM some years back because they didn't handle the age restriction of users seriously. Now Whatsapp has raised its minimum age requirement to 16. However, WatsApp is placing this restriction for a different reason, and also, it is only applicable to users in Europe.



A new GDRP privacy standards is taking effect in Europe next month which requires all online service to place 16 as the minimum age at which a person can join. Before now, WhatsApp users were required to be no younger than 13 years old, but in order to comply with the new regulations users, a 16 years old minimum age restriction has been introduced in Europe.

This change has also reflected in WhatsApp's updated terms of service and privacy policy; you'll notice the new age requirement is now at least 16 years old. But how will the company be able to verify that users are truely of the minimum age required? Another headache for them.

It is important to note that WhatsApp users living outside Europe still have the same 13 years old minimum age requirement. Besides this new age implementation, the popular instant messenger also announced that users will soon be allowed to download and see the ‘limited’ data that it collects when you use WhatsApp.

This feature will be released as an update in the new WhatsApp version that's coming soon. It will be made available to users all over the world, rolling out in the next few weeks.

There are no mistakes here; this device really have the same name as the Nokia X6 Symbian phone that was launched almost ten years ago. And in like manner it will come with mid-range specifications.

As far as we know, the upcoming Nokia X6 will be available in two variants: one with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, while the other will feature a MediaTek P60 CPU. It will also feature a dual-camera setup featuring Zeiss engineered lenses which is one of its highlights. Additionally, the handset allegedly sports a 5.8-inch display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and 4GB or 6GB of RAM options.

As for the price, the Nokia X6 with 4GB RAM will likely cost $255 and $285 for the 6GB version, thus bridging the gap between the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus. Meanwhile, it's worth noting that the price may go up if the Nokia X6 is released outside the Chinese market.

A new update is now available for Instagram which brings a new feature that makes it faster and easier to add photos and videos to your Instagram Stories. Thanks to this update, a new icon has been placed in the top right corner of the photo/video sharing platform which enables users to upload multiple pictures and videos at the same time.



Once you tap on this new icon, you will be able to select from up to 10 photos or videos from your gallery, with the preview of your selected media shown on the bottom of the screen. There are options to edit, as well as to add stickers and texts to the images or videos, simply click on them individually and use the tools provided to edit. When finished, they will be upload all at the same time, in the order you selected them in.



Additionally, Instagram also introduced the location sticker feature which can be put on your picture or video Story. Location sticker will give suggestions of places near the area you snapped the photo or recorded the video. The update is now available for Android devices, while it will roll-out to users on the Instagram iOS platform in the coming weeks.
