There is a Tutorial here on how to tweak IMEI in case you don't know how to do it.
To get the 250mb from MTN fastlink,just tweak this IMEI below:
86898801194**** (just replace the ** with numbers,don't forget that tweaking involves endurance and patience).
After tweaking,reboot your phone(i.e switch it off,then ON it back) then send FASTLINK to 131
