To configure your phone your mobile phone for free browsing using Opera mobile browser,just make sure your internet settings/prov corresponds with the one below:
Direct Web Browsing

Then create another for OperaMini using the below setting:
IP Address: 010.071.170.0005
proxy port: 8080
