Update On Xiaomi has shipped out over 4.5 million Redmi K20 (Mi 9T) units

As its 2019 flagship rival, Xiaomi introduced the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro earlier this year. The Snapdragon 855 chipset powers the K20 pro, in contrast to the Snapdragon 730 chipset, which was used in the K20.

The Redmi K20 Series has been successful thus far, largely due to Xiaomi's ability to combine high-end features with an affordable price. Xiaomi claims that the Redmi K20 series—also referred to as the Mi 9T—has been successful thus far.

The Redmi K20 series has only been available for about six months, but Xiaomi has already shipped more than 4.5 million units. At the official unveiling of the Redmi K30, which replaces the Redmi K20, the announcement was made. Within the first month, more than one million Redmi K20s were sold, and Redmi was able to ship more than 200,000 of them within two hours of its launch.

It was recently announced that the Redmi K30 would replace the K20. The regular Redmi K30 and the 5G Redmi K30 are its two variants; the 5G Redmi K30 will be available for purchase by January 2020, while the regular Redmi K30 is already available in China and is expected to be available worldwide soon.
